Framed xoxo

I created the background panel first. For my colouring I used distress inks. I lightly ink-blended some watercolour paper in Victorian Velvet. Then I stamped the leaves in Shabby Shutters and Victorian Velvet. The leaf is from the Thankful Silhouettes from Stampers Anonymous. Finally I cut the panel with an Avery Elle pierced rectangle die.

Next I die cut the the leaf fom a scrap of green paper. This die is also designed by Tim Holtz. I inked the edges with the Peeled Paint and splattered some Picket Fence on it.

The frame was cut from white paper using the next two smaller Avery Elle dies I used for the panel. The xoxo is a Lawn Fawn die. I cut three of those and adhered them on top of each other.

Finally I arranged all the pieces on my card base. As a finishing touch I added Enamel Accents in white on the leaf.
